In addition to our existing Bridgeport 4 axis interact CNC Technology used in repair & manufacturing processes. All our operators now have the use of Newall Measurement Systems Ltd. C80 Digital Readout Display units supplied by Chester UK which can be milling or lathe specific.

This unit offers innovative technology and is the most versatile unit of its kind in industry today.

We also now have, in addition to our existing optical measuring equipment, 3 'state of the art' tool pre-setters.

As previously mentioned we have installed for 2004 the Toolmaster T310 SK50 T-CAM Tool pre-setters from Royal Tool Control Sheffield

The benefits from using this kind of digital measurement technology are vast, enabling Numill to work to finer tolerances than when using some Optical systems.
